Please share your feedback on the proposed site-specific Zoning Bylaw (CD-79) amendment to increase the total amount of space allowed for "non-active" uses from 30% maximum to approximately 50% on the street level at 408 East Columbia Street. This change is being requested to allow a dental clinic to be located on the ground floor within an existing retail unit. If approved, either retail or non-active uses may occupy this unit in the future.


Your input will be summarized and included in a report to Council as part of their consideration of the application.
