New affordable (non-profit) rental housing allows existing residents to keep living in New Westminster while welcoming new ones, provides economic opportunities and growth, and contributes to a healthy mix of housing options.  

How can we make sure these projects align with the qualities you appreciate about your neighbourhood, and what potential challenges should be addressed in the process?
