Comments for Public Hearing

Feedback submitted through this comment form will be part of the Public Hearing process and will be provided to Council for review and consideration prior to its final decision on the application. Comments will also be publically available on the City’s webpage and through the Council package. Please note: Comments that are disrespectful may be edited or returned to the sender for modification.

There are multiple opportunities to provide your feedback to Council as part of the Public Hearing process, including filling out the comment form below.

Comments can also be provided by email to clerks@newwestcity.ca; by regular mail; or you can sign up to speak at the Public Hearing. Speaker sign-up will open on January 17, 2025. Click here for more information about speaking to Council.

The Public Hearing will take place on January 27, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
