Applicant-led Engagement: Findings

Options for comment through the Applicant-led engagement included email, mail, telephone and a survey. The feedback received has been reviewed by staff and is available in the March 1, 2021, report to Council on Monday. No personal information provided in the feedback was publicly released.

What we Heard

During applicant-led consultation, the primary concerns expressed included the small lot size, loss of green space, infill house design suitability, traffic, and parking. Staff notes that the parking for the project meet City requirements and under the current zoning an addition to the existing house could be built up to 0.7 FSR.
