New affordable rental housing allows existing residents to keep living in New Westminster while welcoming new ones, supports job creation and retention, and contributes to a healthy mix of housing options. Despite this, the City has heard some concerns from community members. As such, how can we integrate new affordable housing projects so that they can add to the qualities and character of your neighbourhood while addressing your concerns?
